[摘要]對某70m直徑單層球面網(wǎng)殼進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,根據(jù)受力情況選用了三種截面形式的矩形鋼管,主要對自重荷載、溫度荷載、雪荷載以及風(fēng)荷載組合工況下的桿件進(jìn)行驗算。結(jié)果表明,桿件承載力滿足《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB 50017—2003)要求。對網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體穩(wěn)定分析,首先通過彈性屈曲分析確定最不利工況,然后在最不利工況下,對網(wǎng)殼進(jìn)行僅考慮幾何非線性的屈曲分析及考慮材料及幾何雙非線性全過程分析。結(jié)果表明,網(wǎng)殼的穩(wěn)定承載力滿足《空間網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ 7—2010)要求。

Structural design of a single-layer spherical shell

Abstract:The structural design of a 70m in diameter single-layer spherical shell was carried out. Three types of rectangular steel tubes with different cross-sections were selected according to the loading conditions. The checking calculation was mainly carried out for the members under the combined working conditions of self-weight load, temperature load, snow load and wind load. The results show that the bearing capacity of the members meets the requirements of Code for design of steel structure (GB 50017—2003). The overall stability of the spherical shell was carried out. The most disadvantageous conditions were determined by elastic buckling analysis. Then the buckling analysis of single-layer spherical shell considering only geometric nonlinearity and material plus geometric nonlinearity was carried out. The results show that the stability bearing capacity of single-layer spherical shell meets the requirements of Technical regulations for space grid structures (JGJ 7—2010).
