［摘要］茅山涵田度假酒店為多層特別不規(guī)則結(jié)構(gòu)，采用少墻-框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系。用拆分模型計算大底盤及各單塔周期比，用整體模型計算其余各項計算指標(biāo)。在配筋計算上采用少墻-框架和框架兩種結(jié)構(gòu)體系并考慮嵌固端位置包絡(luò)設(shè)計。對關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件進行抗震性能目標(biāo)設(shè)計，對薄弱環(huán)節(jié)關(guān)鍵節(jié)點針對性地采取抗震加強措施。為滿足建筑布置特點、空間凈高等要求，采用預(yù)應(yīng)力空心樓蓋、一端固定鉸支座一端滑動鉸支座鋼屋蓋、托柱轉(zhuǎn)換框架等結(jié)構(gòu)布置形式，并給出典型節(jié)點計算方法和構(gòu)造大樣等。結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)能夠滿足抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)及規(guī)范要求。

Structural design of Maoshan Hantian Resort Hotel

Abstract:Maoshan Hantian Resort Hotel is a multi-story, particularly irregular structure. It adopts frame structural system with few walls. The period ratios of large chassis and individual towers were calculated by using separated models, and the other calculation indexes were calculated by using integral model. In the reinforcement calculation, frame structural system with fewer walls and frame structural system were adopted, and the envelope design was conducted for embedded end position. Performance-based seismic design was carried out on key components, and seismic strengthening measures were taken for key joints in weak links. In order to meet the requirements of architectural layout characteristics and space net height, some structural layout forms were adopted including prestressed hollow slab, steel roof with sliding hinge support at one end and fixed hinge support on the other end and column-bearing transfer frame. The calculation method of typical joints and the construction details were given. The results show that the structure can meet the requirements of seismic fortification targets and codes.
