[摘要]昆明耀豐廣場1#辦公樓建筑高度180-8m,存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、尺寸突變、樓板不連續(xù)、局部不規(guī)則(穿層柱、斜柱),屬特別不規(guī)則結(jié)構(gòu),1#辦公樓采用矩形鋼管混凝土柱+鋼框架中心支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系,底部14層采用屈曲約束支撐,為特殊類型高層建筑。介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)選型及布置、二道防線設(shè)計、屈曲約束支撐設(shè)計、斜柱設(shè)計和加強措施;針對項目的超限情況和薄弱部位提出合適的性能目標,采用PKPM,ETABS,MIDAS/Gen等軟件進行多遇地震、設(shè)防烈度地震、罕遇地震下的計算分析和論證,并采取了相應(yīng)的加強措施。分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)能滿足相關(guān)規(guī)范和設(shè)定的性能目標要求。

Structural design of super high-rise No. 1 office building of Yaofeng Square in Kunming

Abstract:The building height of No. 1 office building of Yaofeng Square in Kunming is 180-8m. It has irregular torsion, abrupt size change, discontinuous floor and partial irregularity (including cross-story column and inclined column). It belongs to a special irregular structure. The building adopts rectangular concrete filled steel tubular column + concentrically braced steel frame structural system, and buckling restrained braces are used in the bottom 14 stories, so it is a special type of high-rise building. The selection and layout of structural system, the design of two seismic defense lines, buckling restraint bracing design, design and strengthening measures for inclined column were introduced. In view of the out-of-code situation and weak parts of the project, appropriate performance objectives were proposed, and the calculation analysis and demonstration under frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake were carried out by using software such as PKPM, ETABS and MIDAS/Gen, and corresponding strengthening measures were taken. The analysis results show that the structure can meet the requirements of relevant specifications and performance objectives.
