[摘要]寰城海航廣場超高層塔樓為超B級高度高層建筑,同時(shí)存在樓板開洞、扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則情況,采用了基于性能化的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法,根據(jù)構(gòu)件的重要性采取不同的性能目標(biāo)。設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)依據(jù)不同的性能目標(biāo),分別進(jìn)行了小震彈性分析、小震彈性時(shí)程分析、中震性能設(shè)計(jì)、大震彈塑性時(shí)程分析、模擬地震振動(dòng)臺(tái)研究。計(jì)算及研究分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)整體及各構(gòu)件的抗震性能均能達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo),理論計(jì)算和模型試驗(yàn)結(jié)果基本相符。

Structural design of super high-rise tower building of Huancheng HNA Center

Abstract:Super high-rise tower building of Huancheng HNA Center is a complex high-rise building exceeding B-level requirement of height in the code. There are irregularities including irregular torsion and partial discontinuity of floor. The performance-based seismic design method was adopted in the design. Different performance targets were adopted according to the importance of the components. The elastic analysis under frequent earthquakes, the elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquakes, the performance design under fortification earthquakes, the elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes and simulated seismic shaking table test were performed. The results of calculation and analysis show that the seismic performance of the whole structure and its components can reach the expected targets, and the theoretical calculation is basically consistent with the model test results.
