［摘要］某超高層辦公樓，結(jié)構(gòu)主體高度149-2m，屬于B級(jí)高度高層建筑，地上34層，地下3層，采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系，該項(xiàng)目主要特點(diǎn)為首層層高較高，樓面梁支承在連梁上，Y向剛度較弱等。結(jié)合項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)，采用多種程序?qū)Y(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了彈性、彈塑性計(jì)算分析。根據(jù)計(jì)算分析結(jié)果和概念設(shè)計(jì)方法，對(duì)重要構(gòu)件和薄弱部位進(jìn)行適當(dāng)加強(qiáng)，以保證結(jié)構(gòu)和各類構(gòu)件達(dá)到設(shè)定的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Thoughts on a few key questions in  structural design of a super high-rise building

Abstract:A super high-rise office building with a main structural height of 149-2m is a grade B high-rise building, with 34 floors above ground and 3 floors underground. It adopts reinforced concrete frame-corewall structural system. The main feature of the project is that the first floor height is large and the floor beam is supported on the coupling beam, and the Y-direction stiffness is weak. Combined with the characteristics of the structure of the project, a variety of softwares were used to calculate the elasticity and elasto-plasticity of the structure. According to the calculation analysis results and the conceptual design method, the important components and weak parts were appropriately strengthened to ensure that the structure and various components meet the set seismic performance targets.
