基于某工程實(shí)例的超高層結(jié)構(gòu)體系比選

[摘要]為了研究鋼框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)、帶加強(qiáng)層的鋼框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)和強(qiáng)外筒-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)在安全性、穩(wěn)定性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性上的特點(diǎn),對不同結(jié)構(gòu)體系的傳力路徑和抗震性能進(jìn)行比較。通過對一個(gè)工程實(shí)例進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)選型比較,對比分析不同結(jié)構(gòu)體系下結(jié)構(gòu)的變形、材料用量、結(jié)構(gòu)的傳力體系、多遇地震下重要構(gòu)件的受力情況以及罕遇地震下結(jié)構(gòu)的性能。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),相比于無加強(qiáng)層的鋼框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)和帶加強(qiáng)層的鋼框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu),強(qiáng)外筒-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)不僅能節(jié)約4%~17%的材料用量,還能避免結(jié)構(gòu)豎向剛度突變及核心筒與外框架承載的剪力正負(fù)號相反等情況,緩解樓板翹曲等,強(qiáng)外筒-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)在罕遇地震下具有更好的抗震性能。

Comparison of super high-rise structural systems based on a practical case

Abstract:In order to study the characteristics of safety, stability and economy of frame-core tube structure, frame-core tube structure with reinforced layers and strong outer tube-core tube structure, the force transmission paths and seismic performance of different structural systems were compared. Parameters of different structural systems of a practical case were compared and analyzed, including the structural deformation, material consumption, structural force transmission system, the mechanism of important components under frequent earthquakes and the performance of structures under rare earthquakes. The results show that, compared with frame-core tube structure without reinforced layers and frame-core tube structure with reinforced layers, the strong outer tube-core tube structure can save 4%~17% of the material consumption and also avoid the vertical stiffness mutation of the structure. Besides, the value signs of shear force undertaken by core tube and external frame are no longer opposite and floor warping is alleviated. Strong outer tube-core tube structure has better seismic performance under rare earthquakes.
