溫州中心三塔連體超高層結(jié)構(gòu)分析與設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要

[摘要]溫州中心由一棟建筑高度280m和兩棟建筑高度164m的超高層塔樓在140m左右的高空連接而成。介紹了溫州中心結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),主要包括結(jié)構(gòu)體系布置與效率分析、塔樓間連接方案選擇、連接體對整體結(jié)構(gòu)的影響及作用等方面,對連體結(jié)構(gòu)支座布置與選型提出了一些針對性的分析方法和設(shè)計(jì)建議。分析結(jié)果表明,合理控制塔樓的扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)是確定連接方案時需重點(diǎn)考慮的因素。提出采用隔震支座串聯(lián)單向滑動條塊來實(shí)現(xiàn)高低塔樓之間弱連接的支座布置方案,使得整體結(jié)構(gòu)滿足抗風(fēng)剛度要求的同時具備優(yōu)異的抗震性能。

Analysis and design of super high-rise three-tower connected structure of Wenzhou Center

Abstract:Wenzhou Center consists of two 160m high towers and one 280m high tower, which are connected one by one at the height of about 140m. The key points of the structural analysis and design for Wenzhou Center were introduced, including the layout and efficiency analysis of the structural system, the selection of connection schemes between the towers, the influence and role of the connector on the overall structure, and so on. Some specific analysis methods and design suggestions were put forward for the layout and selection of connector bearings. The analysis results show that the reasonable control of the torsional effect of the tower is a key factor to consider when determining the connection scheme. It is proposed to use isolation bearings in series with one-way sliding plate to achieve a flexible connection between the high and low towers, and this innovative solution enables the overall structure to meet the stiffness requirements of wind resistance while providing excellent seismic performance.
