[摘要]從超聲波檢測(cè)樁身完整性的缺陷判定技術(shù)出發(fā),指出了當(dāng)前判定技術(shù)存在超聲波信號(hào)利用率低、缺陷判定不夠直觀、聲學(xué)參數(shù)多且不統(tǒng)一等主要問題。提出了如何充分利用超聲波檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)和波形信息的數(shù)字化處理與應(yīng)用技術(shù)、多種聲參數(shù)合一的缺陷判定技術(shù)、三維成像顯示技術(shù)等,使得超聲波檢測(cè)樁身缺陷的判定更加準(zhǔn)確可靠,結(jié)果展示更加直觀清晰,從而有利于超聲波的普及和應(yīng)用。

Application research of comprehensive factor determination method for pile integrity

Abstract:Based on the defect determination technology of ultrasonic testing pile integrity, main problems of the current determination technology were pointed out, such as low utilization rate of ultrasonic signal, unintuitive defect determination, and multiple non-uniform acoustic parameters. Methods to make full use of digital processing and application of information technology of ultrasonic testing data and waveform information, defect determination technology with a variety of acoustic parameters combined and three-dimensional imaging display technology were put forward, which make the ultrasonic detection more accurate and reliable in determination of pile defect and make the results more intuitive and clear. It is conducive to the popularization and application of ultrasonic method.
