[摘要]針對(duì)縱筋根數(shù)較少的鋼筋混凝土圓形構(gòu)件,其縱筋的排列方式將直接影響拉壓區(qū)的縱筋截面面積和作用力臂;而《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50010—2010)附錄E.0-4基于縱筋等效連續(xù)分布假設(shè)、鋼筋與混凝土應(yīng)力簡化模型,給出了縱筋根數(shù)不小于6時(shí)的鋼筋混凝土圓形構(gòu)件正截面承載力計(jì)算的非線性方程組(混規(guī)推薦簡化法),且計(jì)算繁瑣。基于此,根據(jù)混凝土的非線性本構(gòu)模型、鋼筋的理想彈塑性模型,對(duì)縱筋離散布置時(shí)的鋼筋混凝土圓形構(gòu)件正截面承載力進(jìn)行了大量公式推導(dǎo)及計(jì)算研究分析。結(jié)果表明,混規(guī)推薦簡化法及縱筋連續(xù)分布下的混規(guī)通法,在縱筋不小于6根條件下,對(duì)于大、小偏心構(gòu)件及受彎構(gòu)件誤差略大;而在縱筋小于6根條件下,對(duì)于大、小偏心構(gòu)件及受彎構(gòu)件誤差會(huì)更大。利用MATLAB軟件數(shù)值編程計(jì)算,給出了縱筋5~9根時(shí)無量綱軸力-彎矩包絡(luò)曲線新查算圖;同時(shí)給出了縱筋連續(xù)分布下混規(guī)通法的無量綱軸力-彎矩曲線的查算圖。最后通過2個(gè)算例的對(duì)比計(jì)算分析,說明新圖解法計(jì)算步驟簡潔、成果精度高,便于工程設(shè)計(jì)人員應(yīng)用。

A simple graphic method for bearing capacity of normal section of reinforced concrete circular members considering the effect of longitudinal bar arrangement

Abstract:For reinforced concrete circular members with fewer longitudinal bars, the arrangement of longitudinal bars will directly affect the area of longitudinal bars and the acting arm in the tension-compression zone; while appendix E.0-4 of Code for design of concrete structures (GB 50010—2010) provides the non-linear equations (simplified method recommended by concrete design code) for calculating the normal section bearing capacity of reinforced concrete circular members with not less than 6 longitudinal bars, based on the assumption of equivalent continuous distribution of longitudinal bar and the simplified stress model of reinforcement and concrete, but the calculation is tedious. Based on this, according to the non-linear constitutive model of concrete and the ideal elastic-plastic model of reinforcing bars, a large number of formulas were deduced and analyzed for calculating the normal section bearing capacity of reinforced concrete circular members with discrete longitudinal bars. The results show that the simplified method recommended by concrete design code and the common method of concrete design code with continuous distribution of longitudinal bars have slightly larger errors for large and small eccentric members and flexural members under the condition of no less than 6 longitudinal bars. They have larger errors for large and small eccentric members and flexural members under the condition of less than 6 longitudinal bars. Based on the numerical programming of MATLAB software, the dimensionless axial force-moment envelope diagram of the concrete design code method was provided under the continuous distribution of longitudinal bars, and the dimensionless axial force-moment envelope curve of 5~9 longitudinal bars was also provided. Finally, through the comparative calculation and analysis of two calculation examples, it shows that the new graphic method has simple calculation steps and high accuracy, which is convenient for engineering designers to apply.
