某美術(shù)館斜柱框架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法

[摘要]與傳統(tǒng)框架相比斜柱框架在受力性能上存在較大差異,斜柱框架在結(jié)構(gòu)自重作用下會產(chǎn)生較大的水平和豎向變形。借助一典型工程案例多方位、多角度對斜柱框架進(jìn)行了研究分析,總結(jié)了一套分析斜柱框架的計(jì)算方法。該方法主要包括:斜柱受力特點(diǎn)對比分析、典型單榀框架受力分析、與斜柱相連的框架梁受力分析、樓板應(yīng)力分析、穿層斜柱的整體屈曲分析、節(jié)點(diǎn)有限元分析和防連續(xù)倒塌分析等。采用該方法對本工程進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,結(jié)果表明:與斜柱相連的框架梁滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)滿足強(qiáng)節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)原則,柱截面承載能力能滿足防連續(xù)倒塌的設(shè)計(jì)要求。同時(shí),應(yīng)適當(dāng)加大斜柱區(qū)域框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系的整體剛度,應(yīng)在適當(dāng)位置設(shè)置中心支撐,增強(qiáng)斜柱框架的抗側(cè)剛度;在樓板薄弱位置應(yīng)采取適當(dāng)?shù)募訌?qiáng)措施,保證水平力的有效傳遞。

Design method of inclined column frame structure in an art museum

Abstract:Compared with the traditional frame structure, the inclined column frame has great difference in the mechanical performance, and the inclined column frame produces large horizontal and vertical deformations under the action of structural self-weight. A typical engineering case was used to analyze the inclined column frame from multiple perspectives, and a set of calculation method for analyzing the inclined column frame was summarized. The method mainly included comparative analysis of mechanical characteristics of inclined column, mechanical analysis of the typical single piece of frame, mechanical analysis of frame beams connected to inclined columns, the stress analysis of the floor, the integral buckling analysis of the inclined skip-floor column, node finite element analysis, anti-progressive collapse analysis and so on. The project was calculated and analyzed by this method. The results show that the frame beam connected with the inclined column meets the design requirements, and the node design satisfies the design principle of the strong node. The load capacity of the column section can meet the design requirements of anti-progressive collapse requiremnets. At the same time, the overall stiffness of frame structural system in inclined column area should be increased appropriately, and the central support should be set in the appropriate position to enhance the lateral stiffness of inclined column frame; appropriate strengthening measures should be taken in the weak position of floor to ensure the effective transmission of horizontal forces.
