武漢綠地中心伸臂桁架結(jié)構(gòu)加強(qiáng)層設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]武漢綠地中心主塔樓建筑高度在606m以上,主體結(jié)構(gòu)高度約575m,采用巨型框架-核心筒-伸臂桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,10道環(huán)帶桁架及4道伸臂桁架有效地提高了整體結(jié)構(gòu)剛度。重點(diǎn)介紹伸臂桁架加強(qiáng)層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),通過結(jié)構(gòu)整體計(jì)算確定伸臂桁架截面尺寸,結(jié)合伸臂桁架傳力途徑,考慮剪力墻保持完好及大震下剪力墻剛度退化兩種工況,對加強(qiáng)層核心筒鋼桁架進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)分析,確保伸臂桁架與核心筒有效連接。針對伸臂桁架抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì),提出有針對性加強(qiáng)措施,同時(shí)采用有限元分析計(jì)算方法對伸臂桁架與巨柱及核心筒連接節(jié)點(diǎn)計(jì)算分析,確保伸臂連接節(jié)點(diǎn)安全可靠。最后考慮了柱長期壓縮對伸臂桁架承載力的影響。

Outriggers strengthening layer design of Wuhan Green Center

Abstract:The building height of Wuhan Green Center tower is above 606m, and the main structural height is 575m. It adopts structural system of giant frame-corewall-outriggers, and 10 ring trusses and 4 outriggers can effectively improve the rigidity of the whole structure. The structural design of the outriggers strengthening layer was mainly introduced. The cross-sectional dimensions of the outriggers were determined through the overall calculation of the structure. Combined with the way of the force transmission of the outriggers, considering the intact of the shear wall and the stiffness degradation of the shear wall under rare earthquakes, the corewall steel trusses of the strengthening layer were designed and analyzed to ensure the effective connection between the outriggers and the corewall. Aiming at the performance-based seismic design of the outrigger truss, the targeted strengthening measures were proposed. At the same time, the finite element analysis method was used to calculate and analyze the joints of the outriggers and the giant column and the corewall, so as to ensure the safety of the outriggers connection joints. Finally, the influence of  column  long-term compression on the bearing capacity of the outriggers was considered.
