[摘要]采用框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系的龍光深圳“玖鉆”辦公樓屬于超B級高度的超高層建筑。根據(jù)抗規(guī)“兩階段三水準(zhǔn)”設(shè)計原則,設(shè)計中采用多種軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)在多遇地震下的響應(yīng)進行計算分析,并對其關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的抗震性能進行了驗算,分析驗算結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)各項指標(biāo)均滿足規(guī)范要求。對結(jié)構(gòu)進行了罕遇地震下的動力彈塑性時程分析,結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)滿足罕遇地震下水準(zhǔn)4的性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design and analysis of Logan Nine-diamonds office building in Shenzhen

Abstract:Logan Nine-diamonds office building in Shenzhen, which adopts the frame-corewall structural system, belongs to the super high-rise building exceeding grade B height. According to the design principles of “two stages and three levels” of seismic design code, seismic response of the structure was calculated by using some software and the seismic performance objectives of key components were checked. The results of analysis and calculation show that all the indexes of the structure meet the requirements of the code. The dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis of the structure under rare earthquakes was carried out. The results show that the structure meets the 4-level performance target under rare earthquakes.
