[摘要]樁身內(nèi)力測(cè)試常用的方法有電阻應(yīng)變式傳感器、振弦式傳感器、光纖光柵傳感器等,通過工程實(shí)例分別介紹以上三種方法的適用性及數(shù)據(jù)分析過程。建議宜根據(jù)測(cè)試目的、試驗(yàn)樁型及施工工藝選用樁身內(nèi)力測(cè)試方法。從測(cè)試精度看,光纖光柵傳感器測(cè)試精度更好,測(cè)試數(shù)值更穩(wěn)定,并且可以長期監(jiān)測(cè);從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)傳感器埋設(shè)難度、施工保護(hù)難度與存活率來看,光纖光柵傳感器更加合理、方便,但造價(jià)偏高。

Data analysis process and application examples of commonly-used testing methods for internal force of pile body

Abstract:The commonly-used testing methods for internal force of pile body include resistance strain sensor, vibrating string sensor and fiber optic strain sensor. The applicability and data analysis process of the above three methods were introduced through engineering examples, and it was suggested to choose testing methods for internal force of pile body according to the test purpose, the test pile type and the construction technology. From the test accuracy, the fiber optic strain sensor has better test precision, more stable test value, and can be used for monitoring for a long time. From the difficulty of embedding, the difficulty of construction protection,and the survival rate of the sensor, the fiber optic strain sensor is more reasonable and convenient, but the cost is higher.
