[摘要]某6層工業(yè)廠房改造為酒店并增加3層,基礎(chǔ)加固重點(diǎn)是對原沉管灌注樁樁端下部軟弱土層的沉降控制。對補(bǔ)勘報(bào)告土層參數(shù)進(jìn)行甄別分析,考慮受長期壓密作用下的土體參數(shù)提高,采用短樁加固方案,發(fā)揮被固結(jié)壓密粉砂層的硬殼層效應(yīng)進(jìn)行二次應(yīng)力擴(kuò)散。利用承臺加固的尺寸效應(yīng)考慮樁土共同工作,并在施工階段進(jìn)行施工工況計(jì)算、施工監(jiān)測及沉降觀測,實(shí)行延遲封樁、分批封樁的主動(dòng)控制措施。通過試壓樁、單樁靜載荷試驗(yàn)、壓樁施工過程試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了已有廠房下的地基土具有明顯的長期壓密效應(yīng)。加層后的沉降觀測結(jié)果表明,樁端下部軟弱土層的沉降增量較小。

Application of long-term compaction effect of foundation soil in foundation reinforcement

Abstract:A 6-story industrial factory building was transformed into a hotel and added 3 stories. Foundation reinforcement focused on the settlement control of the soft soil at the bottom of the original sinking pipe cast-in-place pile. The parameters of the soil layer in the supplementary survey report were screened and analyzed. Considering the improvement of the parameters of the soil under long-term compaction, the scheme of short pile reinforcement was adopted to exert the hard shell effect of the consolidated compacted silty sand layer for secondary stress diffusion. The size effect of cap reinforcement was used to consider the joint work of pile and soil, and the calculation of construction conditions, construction monitoring and settlement observation were carried out during the construction stage. The active control measures of delayed sealing and batch sealing were implemented. The long-term compaction effect of the foundation soil under the existing factory building was verified by the test pile, single pile static load test and pile-pressing construction process test. The settlement observation results after adding stories show that the settlement increment of soft soil layer at the bottom of pile tip is small.
