摩擦型高強(qiáng)度螺栓抗剪連接研究進(jìn)展及評(píng)述*

[摘要]裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑在我國的迅速發(fā)展對(duì)高強(qiáng)度螺栓的連接性能及經(jīng)濟(jì)性能提出了更高的要求。通過大量檢索國內(nèi)外相關(guān)學(xué)者的研究,對(duì)影響摩擦型高強(qiáng)度螺栓抗剪連接性能的各個(gè)因素進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)這些影響因素的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分類評(píng)述;在中國、歐洲、美國和澳大利亞相關(guān)規(guī)范比較的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)比分析了摩擦型高強(qiáng)度螺栓抗剪承載力設(shè)計(jì)值的計(jì)算公式,計(jì)算了8-8S摩擦型高強(qiáng)度螺栓抗剪連接承載能力的設(shè)計(jì)值,比較了摩擦面抗滑移系數(shù)和高強(qiáng)度螺栓的預(yù)拉力。最后,指出了當(dāng)前摩擦型高強(qiáng)度螺栓抗剪連接性能研究的不足之處,對(duì)其未來研究的內(nèi)容和方向提出了建議。

Research progress and review of friction style high-strength bolted shear connections

Abstract:The rapid development of prefabricated steel structure in China has made a higher requirement to the connection property and economic performance of high-strength bolts. Through a large number of searches of relevant scholars at home and abroad, the factors affecting the shear connection performance of friction style high-strength bolts were summarized, and the research status of these factors was classified and reviewed. Based on the comparison of relevant codes in China, Europe, the United States and Australia, the calculation formulas of shear bearing capacity of friction style high-strength bolts were compared and analyzed. The design values of shear connection capacity of 8-8 grade friction style high-strength bolts were calculated. The sliding coefficient of friction surface and the pre-tension force of high-strength bolts were compared. Finally, the shortcomings of the current research on shear connection performance of friction style high-strength bolts were pointed out, and suggestions on the content and direction of future research were put forward.
