［摘要］依據(jù)緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線的產(chǎn)品構(gòu)造及技術(shù)機(jī)理，并結(jié)合當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀以及住建部相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，重點(diǎn)闡述緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線用緩凝粘合劑材料的重要性能指標(biāo)——拉伸剪切強(qiáng)度的快速檢驗(yàn)方法。通過(guò)不同溫度、不同環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂含量、不同加熱時(shí)間、不同測(cè)試時(shí)間試驗(yàn)，提出一種檢測(cè)時(shí)間短、檢測(cè)手段方便的方法，以期為工程應(yīng)用提供合理、快速、有效的技術(shù)支持。

Abstract:Based on the product structure and technical mechanism, current market situation and relevant standards of the Ministry of Housing and Construction of retard-bonded prestressing steel strand, the rapid testing method of tensile lap-shear strength, which is an important performance index of retarding binder materials for retard-bonded prestressing steel strand was focused on. Through different temperatures, different epoxy resin content, different heating time, different test time tests, a method with short detection time and convenient detection means was proposed to provide reasonable, fast and effective technical support for engineering applications.
