[摘要]首先介紹了澳大利亞規(guī)范和新西蘭規(guī)范之間的關(guān)系以及新西蘭規(guī)范的應(yīng)用背景。對(duì)比分析中國和新西蘭抗震規(guī)范在抗震設(shè)防水準(zhǔn)、場(chǎng)地類別、彈性反應(yīng)譜、地震作用計(jì)算方法等方面的異同,根據(jù)算例對(duì)比了中、新兩國抗震規(guī)范中不同場(chǎng)地類別和延性系數(shù)下的地震作用。分析結(jié)果表明,中、新兩國抗震規(guī)范中抗震設(shè)防水準(zhǔn)、場(chǎng)地類別的劃分大致是相近的,但在反應(yīng)譜的表達(dá)形式、參數(shù)的確定和地震作用取值上存在差異。

Comparison of seismic inputs between Chinese and New Zealand seismic codes

Abstract:The relation of Australian codes and New Zealand codes and the application background of New Zealand standards were introduced. The similarities and differences of Chinese and New Zealand seismic codes were compared and analyzed in perspectives of seismic precautionary level, site class, elastic response spectrum, and calculation methods of earthquake action. On the basis of calculation case, earthquake actions under different site classes and ductility factors in these two codes were compared. The result indicates that the seismic precautionary level and site classification are similar in two codes while the function of response spectrum, determining of spectrum parameters and valuing of earthquake actions are different.
