南京六朝博物館暨圣和酒店結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

[摘要]南京六朝博物館暨圣和酒店融合了博物館和精品酒店兩種功能,圍繞保護文物遺址展示以及建筑平面功能、立面造型、室內(nèi)空間的要求,形成樓層平面凹凸不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、錯層、局部托柱轉(zhuǎn)換、大懸挑等平面豎向多項不規(guī)則情況,屬特別不規(guī)則結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)構(gòu)體系采用局部帶鋼支撐的型鋼筋混凝土桁架雙重抗側(cè)力體系框架-剪力墻體系,樓蓋體系除常規(guī)梁板體系外采用寬扁梁-大跨度板樓蓋、滿天星井字密肋板式變截面預應力梁樓蓋體系,基礎(chǔ)體系采用考慮支護樁參與作用的樁筏基礎(chǔ)。采用PKPM\|SATWE和MIDAS Building這兩種有限元軟件對比分析,使結(jié)構(gòu)主周期避開場地卓越周期,并獲得較好的各項計算指標。對關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件進行性能化設(shè)計,對薄弱環(huán)節(jié)關(guān)鍵節(jié)點提出抗震構(gòu)造措施。運用預應力空心樓板、鋼管混凝土柱、型鋼混凝土柱、鋼桁架等多種組合結(jié)構(gòu)形式,使結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的延性及抗震性能。

Structural design of Nanjing Six Dynasties Museum and Saint Harmony Hotel

Abstract:Nanjing Six Dynasties Museum and Saint Harmony Hotel integrates the functions of museums and boutique hotels. According to the requirements of preserving cultural relics exhibition and building plane function, elevation modeling and interior space, there are many plane and vertical irregularities in the structure, including irregular concave and convex floors, discontinuous floor slab, staggered floor, local supporting column conversion, large cantilever and so on. It is a particularly irregular structure. The structural system adopts the frame-shear wall system of double lateral resistance system of partial steel-supported steel reinforced concrete truss, and the floor system adopts wide flat beam and large span plate system and variable section prestressed beam with full well-shaped multi-ribbed plate, besides the conventional beam-slab system. The pile-raft foundation considering the participation of supporting piles was adopted in the foundation system. Two kinds of finite element software PKPM-SATWE and MIDAS Building were used to make the main period of the structure avoid the predominant period of the site and obtain better calculation indexes. Performance-based design of key components was carried out, and seismic structural measures were proposed for key nodes in weak links. Prestressed hollow slab, concrete filled steel tubular column, steel reinforced concrete column, steel truss and other composite structures were used to make the structure have good ductility and seismic performance.
