[摘要]深圳某有軌電車上蓋項(xiàng)目無地下室,因現(xiàn)方案與原設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)留的塔樓方案差異太大,在架空車庫頂部擬采用厚板進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換,并在架空車庫層內(nèi)設(shè)置斜墻來承托超出落地墻柱范圍的塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)。著重介紹了以下幾個(gè)方面:無地下室情況下結(jié)構(gòu)抗傾覆、樁的豎向和水平承載力復(fù)核驗(yàn)算,厚板轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能設(shè)定和實(shí)現(xiàn),厚板和斜墻的有限元分析,及為避免對(duì)落地墻柱進(jìn)行加固而采取的措施。分析表明,厚板轉(zhuǎn)換方案成立,能夠滿足預(yù)定的抗震性能目標(biāo),且無需對(duì)已建結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行加固。

Study on thick plate conversion design for a tramcar upper cover project in Shenzhen

Abstract:A tramcar upper cover project in Shenzhen has no basement. Due to the difference between the current plan and the original plan, a thick plate was used for a conversion at the top of the new added garage floor, and sloping walls in the new-added garage floor was used to support the wall of the residential buildings outside the walls and columns. The following were introduced: the verification of the structural anti-overturning in the case of no basement, the verification of the vertical and horizontal bearing capacity of the pile without the basement, seismic performance setting and implementation of thick plate conversion structure, and the method used to avoid unnecessary reinforcing the concrete wall which has been built at the first floor. Analysis shows that the thick plate conversion scheme is established to meet the predetermined seismic performance objectives without the need to reinforce the existing structure.
