核心筒偏置高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能分析

[摘要]隨著高層建筑的廣泛設(shè)計(jì)和建造,出現(xiàn)了一些核心筒偏離結(jié)構(gòu)平面中心位置的框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu),可稱為核心筒偏置結(jié)構(gòu)。在承受水平地震作用和豎向荷載時(shí), 此類結(jié)構(gòu)的受力性能與非偏置的框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)有所不同。通過理論分析,研究了核心筒偏置高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比和扭轉(zhuǎn)周期比的變化;采用數(shù)值分析的方法,從結(jié)構(gòu)和構(gòu)件兩個(gè)層面研究了不同高寬比、不同偏置距離的24個(gè)模型的受力性能。在結(jié)構(gòu)整體層面總結(jié)了扭轉(zhuǎn)周期比、扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比等結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)隨偏置程度、結(jié)構(gòu)高度及是否有內(nèi)柱等因素的變化規(guī)律;在構(gòu)件層面總結(jié)了不同偏置程度對墻柱剪力的影響程度,為此后該類結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Analysis on mechanical characteristics of eccentric high-rise frame-core tube structures

Abstract:Along with the extensive design and construction of high-rise buildings, a kind of frame-core tube structure with the characteristic of an eccentric core tube appeared. This kind of structure is called eccentric frame-core tube structure. Eccentric frame-core tube structures differ from ordinary frame-core tube structures when subjected to lateral seismic effects and gravity loads. Through theoretical analysis, the variation of torsional displacement ratio and torsional period ratio of eccentric high-rise frame-core tube structure. By using numerical analysis method, the mechanical characteristics of 24 models with different aspect ratio and different eccentric distance were researched from  structure and component aspects. At the overall structure level, the influence of eccentric level, structure height, and internal columns on structural indexes such as torsional period ratio and torsional displacement ratio were presented. At the component level, the influence of different eccentric level on the shear force of shear wall and column was summarized, providing reference for future design of this kind of structures.
