強(qiáng)風(fēng)化泥巖地基上CFG樁復(fù)合地基應(yīng)用與優(yōu)化*

[摘要]鑒于軟巖地基上CFG樁復(fù)合地基工作性狀的獨(dú)特性,以青島某3棟高層住宅樓(1#,2#,3#樓)為依托,對(duì)地基處理方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,通過強(qiáng)風(fēng)化泥巖地基上CFG樁復(fù)合地基和天然地基的靜載荷試驗(yàn),研究了CFG樁復(fù)合地基和天然地基的承載性能和變形特性,驗(yàn)證了該場(chǎng)區(qū)經(jīng)優(yōu)化后地基處理方案的可行性與合理性。研究表明,本工程1#,2#樓采用天然地基完全能夠滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,在很大程度節(jié)約了工程造價(jià)。

Application and optimization of CFG pile composite foundation on strong weathered mudstone foundation

Abstract:In view of the uniqueness of the working traits of the CFG pile composite foundation on the soft rock foundation, based on three high-rise residential buildings (1#, 2# and 3# buildings) in Qingdao, the foundation treatment scheme was optimized. Through the static load test of CFG pile composite foundation and natural foundation on strongly weathered mudstone foundation, the bearing capacity and deformation characteristics of CFG pile composite foundation and natural foundation were studied, and the feasibility and rationality of the optimized foundation treatment scheme in this field were verified. The research shows that the natural foundation used in 1# and 2# buildings of this project can fully meet the design requirements and greatly save the project cost.
