[摘要]靜鉆根植樁是一種綠色環(huán)保的新型樁基,以往研究工作較少關注靜鉆根植樁樁身質量及形態(tài),而這是正確認識這類樁基性能的基礎。以上海彩虹灣醫(yī)院項目為依托,基于靜載試驗、現場開挖驗證、水泥土無側限抗壓強度試驗和靜力觸探測試,較系統(tǒng)地分析了上海地區(qū)靜鉆根植樁成樁效果與質量。研究結果表明,靜鉆根植樁適用于上海地區(qū)地層條件,施工效率較高,具有可靠的豎向抗壓和抗拔承載力;開挖范圍內樁身基本呈圓柱形,水泥土和預制樁膠結良好;樁身水泥土攪拌較均勻,沿深度水泥土強度較穩(wěn)定。研究成果可為上海地區(qū)靜鉆根植樁實踐與理論研究提供參考。

Experimental study on pile-forming effect and quality of pre-bored precast pile with enlarged base in Shanghai area

Abstract:The pre-bored precast pile with enlarged base (PPEB pile) is an innovative type of environmental pile foundation. In the past, little attention has been paid to the quality and shape of the PPEB piles, which is the basis for the accurate understanding of the performance of such piles. Based on static load tests, site excavation validation, unconfined compression tests and cone penetration tests in Shanghai Rainbow Bay Hospital, pile-forming effect and quality of PPEB piles in Shanghai area were analyzed. The test results show that the PPEB pile is suitable for the stratum condition in Shanghai area, with high construction efficiency and reliable vertical compressive and uplift bearing capacity. In the excavation area, the shape of the pile shaft is nearly cylindrical, cemented soil and inner precast piles are well cemented. The cement-soil mixing of pile shaft is uniform, the strength of cement-soil is stable along the depth. The test results provide guidance for the practice and theoretical research of PPEB pile in Shanghai area.
