[摘要]為了解氯離子侵蝕下約束混凝土的抗壓力學性能,在鹽霧腐蝕實驗室對12組約束混凝土試件進行氯離子腐蝕試驗,進而對其進行軸心抗壓試驗,得到不同箍筋配箍率和不同銹脹裂縫寬度下試件的受壓應力-應變曲線,分析箍筋配箍率和銹脹裂縫寬度對腐蝕試件強度、剛度、延性等的影響。結果表明:隨著箍筋配箍率的增大,試件的承載力和延性不斷提高;隨著箍筋銹蝕裂縫寬度的增大,試件的峰值荷載減小,強度降低,延性變差。并考慮箍筋銹蝕的約束作用對核心區(qū)混凝土本構關系的影響,建立了銹蝕約束混凝土受壓本構關系理論模型,將其與試驗數(shù)據(jù)擬合回歸得到的應力-應變?nèi)€進行對比,兩者吻合良好,故該理論模型可應用于銹蝕鋼筋混凝土結構、構件的非線性分析中。

Experimental study on mechanical properties of confined concrete under chloride salt erosion

Abstract:In order to understand the compressive mechanical properties of confined concrete under chloride ion erosion, salt corrosion laboratory was used to conduct chloride ion corrosion test on 12 groups of confined concrete specimens, and then subjected to axial compression test to obtain the compressive stress-strain curves of specimens with different stirrup ratios and different corrosive cracks widths. The influence of stirrup ratio and width of corrosive crack on the strength, stiffness and ductility of the corrosion specimen were analyzed. The results show that the bearing capacity and ductility of the specimens increase with the increase of the stirrup ratio. With the increase of the width of the rust cracking, the peak load of the specimens decreases, the strength decreases and the ductility deteriorates. Considering the influence of the restraint of stirrup corrosion on the constitutive relationship of concrete in core zone, a theoretical model of the constitutive relation of corroded confined concrete was set up, and compared with the stress-strain curve obtained by regression fitting of experimental data. The two agree well with each other. Therefore, the theoretical model can be applied to the non-linear analysis of corroded reinforced concrete structures and components.
