基于蒙特卡羅法的十字型件剛度分析*

[摘要]目前鋼結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)點(diǎn)初始轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)剛度的理論計(jì)算方法主要是歐洲規(guī)范(EC3)中提出的組件法?;趲M向加勁肋的梁柱鋼節(jié)點(diǎn),結(jié)合組件法,將帶加勁肋的T型件視為一個(gè)新的組件——十字型件進(jìn)行分析。通過十字型件與T型件的對(duì)比分析,明確了十字型件性能分析的必要性,給出其在組件法中的適用條件。設(shè)置析因?qū)嶒?yàn)來給出影響十字型件初始剛度的各個(gè)因素,同時(shí)分析各個(gè)因素之間的交互效應(yīng)?;诠讨Я耗P?,提出十字型件初始剛度理論計(jì)算公式,同時(shí)結(jié)合有限元分析和蒙特卡羅模擬,對(duì)該理論公式進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。最后,根據(jù)析因?qū)嶒?yàn)和蒙特卡羅模擬計(jì)算的結(jié)果,給出了計(jì)算準(zhǔn)確度更高、應(yīng)用更為簡便的十字型件剛度經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式。

Analysis of cruciform-stub stiffness based on Monte Carlo method

Abstract:At present, the theoretical calculation method of the initial rotational stiffness of steel structure is mainly the component method proposed by Eourcode3(EC3). Based on steel  beam-column joints with transverse stiffeners, combined with the component method, T-stub with stiffeners was analyzed as a new type of component—cruciform-stub. Through the comparative analysis between cruciform-stub and T-stub, the necessity of the cruciform-stub performance analysis was explicated, and the applicable conditions of cruciform-stubs in the component method were obtained. Factorial experiments were adopted to obtain the factors that affect the initial stiffness of cruciform-stubs, and the interaction effect between the various factors was analyzed. Based on the clamped beam model, the theoretical formula for calculating the initial stiffness of the cruciform-stub was proposed. Combined with finite element analysis and Monte Carlo simulation, the theoretical formula was validated. Finally, according to the results of factorial experiment and Monte Carlo simulation, a new empirical formula for the stiffness of cruciform-stub with higher caculation accuracy and easier application  was proposed.
