摘 要

[摘要]8度區(qū)某高層酒店,地下1層,地上13層,結(jié)構(gòu)高度58-9m。因工程原有結(jié)構(gòu)方案超出規(guī)范規(guī)定的最大適用高度,需對方案進行修改并采取有效的加強措施。針對該高層較為復(fù)雜的建筑特性,從抗震性能與經(jīng)濟性角度出發(fā),在框架-剪力墻、鋼支撐-混凝土框架及鋼支撐-框剪結(jié)構(gòu)方案中進行對比分析,最終選擇鋼支撐框剪結(jié)構(gòu)作為結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方案,從而使得該工程具有良好的結(jié)構(gòu)性能,同時有效解決了結(jié)構(gòu)的超限問題。

Structure scheme comparison of a high-rise hotel in eight seismic degree area

Abstract:A high-rise hotel in eight seismic degree area has structural height of 58-9m, and it has 13 floors over ground and 1 floor underground. Because the  height  of original structure is larger than the maximum suitable height specified by code, it is necessary to revise the scheme and take effective measures to strengthen the structure. Considering the complex features of the high-rise building and the mechanical performance and economic efficiency of the structure, three schemes were compared and analyzed, including frame-shear wall structure, steel braced concrete frame structure and steel braced frame-shear wall structure. The steel braced frame-shear wall structure was chosen as the final scheme, which made the project had better structural performance and effectively solved the out-of-code problem of the structure.
