［摘要］昆明巨和齊泰城商業(yè)綜合體裙房為高烈度地區(qū)的大型商業(yè)綜合體建筑，結(jié)構(gòu)體型較為復(fù)雜，存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、局部不規(guī)則（穿層柱），屬特別不規(guī)則結(jié)構(gòu)。采用PKPM，ETABS，SAP2000軟件進(jìn)行多遇地震、設(shè)防地震、罕遇地震下的結(jié)構(gòu)計算分析，并對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行Pushover分析。計算結(jié)果表明，通過多種軟件計算分析以及采取有針對性的加強(qiáng)措施，結(jié)構(gòu)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)預(yù)定的性能設(shè)計目標(biāo)，保證了結(jié)構(gòu)的安全及抗震性能。最后，對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計過程中的周期折減系數(shù)、組合梁設(shè)計進(jìn)行了探討。

Structural design of the podium for Juhe Qitai Commercial Complex in Kunming

Abstract:The podium for Juhe Qitai Commercial Complex in Kunming is a large commercial complex building in high seismic fortification intensity area and it is a complex structure with irregular torsion, discontinuous floor slab and local irregularity (skip-layer column). It is a special irregular structure. PKPM, ETABS and SAP2000 softwares were used to calculate and analyze the structure under frequent earthquakes, fortification earthquakes and rare earthquakes, and Pushover analysis was carried out on the structure. The calculation results show that the predetermined performance design goals of the structure can be achieved and the safety and seismic performance of the structure can be guaranteed through the calculation and analysis of a variety of software and the adoption of targeted strengthening measures. Finally, the periodic reduction coefficient and composite beam design in the design process of steel structure were discussed.
