第七屆世界軍運會主賽場車輻式索承網(wǎng)格鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋設(shè)計

[摘要]以第七屆世界軍運會主賽場鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋為例,對車輻式索承網(wǎng)格鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋進行初始預(yù)應(yīng)力狀態(tài)分析、靜力彈性分析、施工模擬分析和結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性分析。采用MIDAS Gen軟件建立結(jié)構(gòu)模型,分析車輻式索承網(wǎng)格鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋在規(guī)范規(guī)定的荷載單工況和組合工況下的內(nèi)力和變形,并對比各工況下車輻式索承網(wǎng)格鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋相對于初始預(yù)應(yīng)力狀態(tài)下的內(nèi)力變化情況,對索張拉施工全過程進行模擬分析,對結(jié)構(gòu)模型模態(tài)進行分析。結(jié)果表明,車輻式索承網(wǎng)格鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋在各工況下的驗算結(jié)果均滿足規(guī)范要求,初始預(yù)應(yīng)力狀態(tài)分析與施工模擬分析的構(gòu)件內(nèi)力和變形基本吻合,施工模擬全過程分析的構(gòu)件內(nèi)力均小于靜力彈性分析,穩(wěn)定性分析結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)具有足夠的安全儲備。

Steel roof design of spoke-typed cable supported lattice structure for the Main Stadium of Seventh World Military Games

Abstract:Taking the steel structure roof of the Main Stadium of Seventh World Military Games as an example, the initial prestressed state analysis, static elastic analysis, construction simulation analysis and structural stability analysis of the car spoke-typed cable supported lattice steel roof were carried out. The structural model was established by MIDAS Gen software, and the internal force and deformation of the car spoke-typed cable supported steel roof under the specified load and single working conditions were analyzed. In addition, the internal force of the steel structure roof with car spoke-typed cable supported lattice under various working conditions was compared with that under the initial prestress state, and the whole process of cable tension construction was simulated and analyzed, and the modal of the structure model was analyzed. Results show that the calculation results of car spoke-typed cable supported lattice steel roof under various working conditions can satisfy the requirements of specification. The analysis of initial prestress state is in good agreement with the analysis of internal force and deformation. In the whole process of construction simulation, the internal forces of components are smaller than the static elastic analysis. The results of stability analysis show that the structure has sufficient safety reserve.
