[摘要]青島城陽萬象匯項目原設(shè)計地下2層,地上4層,結(jié)構(gòu)屋面高度23-950m,為框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,基礎(chǔ)形式為樁基承臺+防水板。2015年主體施工完畢并通過了驗收,2016年對原商業(yè)部分進行了加固改造,且在原純地庫范圍加建一棟10層的商務(wù)酒店,建筑總高48-4m。本著“減少拆除、保證安全、兼顧施工”的原則,酒店主體選用框架結(jié)構(gòu),基礎(chǔ)加固設(shè)計時最大限度地保留了原結(jié)構(gòu),新增建筑采用筏板基礎(chǔ)。計算時考慮了樁土共同作用工況、樁破壞工況及各荷載工況的影響,對原基礎(chǔ)和新增筏板基礎(chǔ)在施工及使用階段的受力進行分析。結(jié)果顯示,基礎(chǔ)沉降、地基承載力均滿足規(guī)范要求,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計安全。同時也表明所設(shè)計的筏板基礎(chǔ)方案具有現(xiàn)場施工方便、工期短、造價低的優(yōu)點。

Structural reinforcement design of New Business Hotel in Chengyang Wanxianghui in Qingdao

Abstract:The original design of Chengyang Wanxianghui Project in Qingdao has two stories underground and four stories above ground. The roof height of the structure is 23-950m. It is a frame structural system and the foundation form is pile cap and waterproof board. In 2015, the construction of the main body was completed and achieved the acceptance of engineering works. In 2016, the original structure was strengthened and reconstructed, and a 10-storey commercial hotel was built in the original pure basement area, with a total height of 48-4m. In line with the principle of "reducing demolition, ensuring safety and giving consideration to construction", the main body of the hotel adopted frame structure, while the original structure was retained to the maximum extent in the design of foundation reinforcement, and raft foundation was adopted in the new building. The effects of pile-soil interaction, pile failure and load conditions were taken into account in the calculation. The forces acting on the original foundation and the newly added raft foundation during the construction and use stages were analyzed. The results show that the foundation deformation and bearing capacity meet the requirements of the code, and the foundation design is safe. At the same time, it shows that the raft foundation scheme has the advantages of convenient construction on site, short construction period and low cost.
