廣州愛群會景灣超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

(汕頭市建筑設(shè)計院,汕頭 515031)[摘要]廣州愛群會景灣由A,B兩幢塔樓和裙房組成,兩個塔樓高度184.6m。存在平面不規(guī)則、豎向不規(guī)則、大底盤多塔樓和高位轉(zhuǎn)換等超限情況,屬于復(fù)雜高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計時從抗震概念設(shè)計出發(fā),適當(dāng)提高結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能目標(biāo),采用不同的計算軟件進行結(jié)構(gòu)分析,采取有針對性的構(gòu)造加強措施,從而確保了結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震安全性。[關(guān)鍵詞]超限高層建筑;框支剪力墻;高位轉(zhuǎn)換;大底盤多塔;抗震性能目標(biāo);振動臺試驗中圖分類號:TU318.8,TU973.2文獻標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2011)04-0083-05Structural design of Huijing Bay super high-rise building in GuangzhouZhou Yuezhou, Li Xiaoxi(Shantou Building Design Institute, Shantou 515031, China)Abstract:Huijing Bay is composed of one podium and two tower buildings A and B. The height of the two towers is 184.6 meters. It is a complex super high-rise building with many unfavourable factors, including irregular plane, vertical irregularity, multi-towers with large chassis, and high-level transfer.
