[摘要]青島華潤萬象城屬于復(fù)雜超限高層建筑,工程長寬比偏大,平面布置較為復(fù)雜,具有扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板局部不連續(xù)、豎向不規(guī)則、抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件不連續(xù)、結(jié)構(gòu)超長等特點(diǎn)。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的小震彈性計(jì)算、小震彈性時(shí)程分析、中震及大震驗(yàn)算,并在工程中設(shè)置了RBS消能墻作為“抗震二道防線”,其對(duì)平面扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則也具有較好的控制效果。此外,對(duì)超長結(jié)構(gòu)的溫度應(yīng)力作用、大跨度樓蓋的舒適度以及抗浮設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行分析與研究。計(jì)算及分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)能較好滿足規(guī)范的相關(guān)要求,結(jié)構(gòu)布置合理、安全可行。

Structure design of commercial complex of Qingdao MIXC

Abstract:Qingdao MIXC is a complex high-rise over-limit building. The length-to-width ratio of the project is large and the plane layout is complex. This project has the characteristics of torsional irregularity, partial discontinuity of slabs, vertical irregularity, discontinuity of lateral resistence members, overlength structure and so on. The structure design adopts the performance-based seismic design method. Detailed elastic calculation and elastic time-history analysis under small earthquake and checking calculation under medium earthquake and large earthquake were carried out. The RBS energy dissipation wall was installed as the “seismic second defense line”, which also has better control effect on the plane torsion irregularity. In addition, the temperature stress of the overlength structure, the comfort degree of the long-span floor and the anti-floating design scheme were analyzed and studied. The calculation and analysis results show that indicators of the structure can meet the relevant requirements of the code, the structure arrangement is reasonable and the structure is safe and feasible.
