[摘要]青島華潤(rùn)中心悅府8#樓為典型的超高層剪力墻住宅,地下部分與周邊結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系復(fù)雜,平面較不規(guī)則,剛度偏心嚴(yán)重,為鋼筋混凝土超限結(jié)構(gòu)。首先介紹了其地基與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)選型,分析了結(jié)構(gòu)超限情況,確定了抗震性能目標(biāo)。隨后,進(jìn)行了多遇地震作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)彈性分析和罕遇地震作用下的動(dòng)力彈塑性分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果對(duì)不同地震水準(zhǔn)下的承載力和變形進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。最后,針對(duì)高度、扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比和高寬比等超限問(wèn)題,探討了各關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。

Structural design of a super high-rise shear wall residential building in Joyful Mansion of Qingdao China Resources Center

Abstract:No.8 building in Joyful Mansion of Qingdao China Resources Center is a typical super high-rise shear wall residential building. Its basement has a complicated relationship with surrounding structures. It′s a reinforced concrete out-of-code structure with a very irregular plane and a serious eccentric rigidity. First, the design of foundation and the selection of structural systems were introduced, and out-of-code conditions of the structure were analyzed to determine performance-based seismic design goals. Then, the structural elastic analysis under the action of frequent earthquakes and the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under the action of rare earthquakes were carried out. According to the analysis results, the bearing capacity and deformation under different seismic levels were designed. Finally, the countermeasures of the key problems were discussed for the out-of-code problems such as height, torsional displacement ratio and height-width ratio.
