臨沂華潤中心超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

[摘要]臨沂華潤中心項(xiàng)目A#,B#樓為高烈度區(qū)大底盤下不同結(jié)構(gòu)體系的雙塔樓超限高層建筑,其中,A#樓為框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,B#樓為框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,裙房外包尺寸為88m×94m,存在4項(xiàng)不規(guī)則。根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)體系特點(diǎn),通過采取合理的抗震性能化設(shè)計目標(biāo)和方法、加強(qiáng)關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的設(shè)計等措施,保證了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的可靠性??偨Y(jié)了高烈度區(qū)超限高層框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)中樓層邊框架梁、框架梁的受力特點(diǎn),并根據(jù)受力特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行鋼筋配置。同時通過中震計算,對裙房樓板的防裂采取了措施。經(jīng)計算復(fù)核,結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能目標(biāo)達(dá)到C級要求,結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠。

Out-of-code highrise structural design of Linyi China Resources Center

Abstract:Tower A and tower B of Linyi China Resources Center project are double-tower out-of-code high-rise buildings with different structural systems under the large chassis in the high seismic fortification intensity region. Tower A adopts the frame-corewall structural system, and tower B adopts the frame-shear wall structural system. The envelope size of the podium is 88m×94m, with 4 irregularities in the structure. According to the structural system characteristics of this project, the reliability of structural design was guaranteed by adopting reasonable seismic performance-based design objectives and methods, strengthening the design of key components and other measures. The mechanical characteristics of the side frame beam and the frame beam  of the high-rise frame-corewall structure in the high seismic fortification intensity region were summarized, and the reinforcement was configured according to the mechanical characteristics. At the same time, through the calculation under fortification earthquake, measures were taken to prevent the cracking of the podium floors. After calculation and review, the seismic performance targets of structure meet the requirement of grade C, and the structure is safe and reliable.
