[摘要]青島華潤大廈項目地下4層,地上56層,結構高度237-30m,塔冠高度260-00m,屬于超B級高度建筑,采用框架-核心筒結構體系。核心筒相對于塔樓偏置,塔樓相對于大底盤裙房偏置,且裙房在3~5層通過40m跨的鋼連橋與已建成的青島華潤萬象城相連。結構抗震設計采用規(guī)范性能化設計方法,采取SATWE,MIDAS Building,PKPM-SAUSAGE等軟件進行了彈性計算、彈性時程分析以及彈塑性時程分析,保證結構在多遇地震作用下完全處于彈性,關鍵構件及部分主要構件能夠實現(xiàn)設防地震、罕遇地震作用下的性能目標。通過合理的結構布置和相應構造、加強措施使項目的不規(guī)則程度得到了有效控制。

Structural design on super high-rise building of Qingdao China Resources Building

Abstract:The Qingdao China Resources Building project has 4 floors underground and 56 floors above ground, with structural height of 237-30m and tower crown height of 260-00m. It belongs to a super-B height building and adopts frame-core tube structure system. The core tube is biased relative to the tower, and the tower is biased relative to the large chassis podium. The podium is connected to the completed Qingdao MIXC through a 40m-span steel bridge at 3~5 stories. The seismic design of the structure adopts the performance-based design method specified in the codes. The elastic calculation, elastic time history analysis and elasto-plastic time history analysis were carried out by using SATWE, MIDAS Building, PKPM-SAUSAGE softwares, which can ensure that the structure is completely elastic under frequent earthquakes, and the key components and some main components achieve the performance targets under medium earthquakes and rare earthquakes. Through reasonable structural arrangement and corresponding construction and strengthening measures, the degree of irregularity of the project has been effectively controlled.
