高烈度區(qū)某高層剪力墻住宅隔震設(shè)計

[摘要]對隔震技術(shù)在項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的介紹,具體主要包括隔震設(shè)計方法,有限元分析方法及支座和阻尼器單元力學(xué)模型,隔震層偏心率驗(yàn)算方法,并針對迎風(fēng)面較大高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)隔震設(shè)計的抗風(fēng)要求提出了具體可行的解決方案。采用ABAQUS 6-11軟件進(jìn)行動力彈塑性分析,對高層隔震結(jié)構(gòu)中關(guān)鍵的支座抗拉、結(jié)構(gòu)抗傾覆要求進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證分析。分析結(jié)果表明,在解決上述技術(shù)難點(diǎn)后,高烈度區(qū)高層剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)采用隔震技術(shù)是可行的,對隔震技術(shù)在高層住宅建筑中廣泛應(yīng)用具有推動作用。

Seismic isolation design of a high-rise shear-wall residential building in high intensity region

Abstract:Application difficulties of seismic isolation technology in the project were introduced systematically, including : isolation design method, finite element analysis method and support and damper unit mechanical model, isolation layer eccentricity checking method. A concrete and feasible solution was proposed for the wind resistance requirements of the high-rise building structure isolation design with a large windward side. Dynamic elastic-plastic analysis was carried out by software of ABAQUS 6.11. The requirements of support tension and structural anti-overturning in the high-rise isolation were validated and analyzed. The results show that after solving the above technical problems, it is feasible to adopt the isolation technology in the high-rise shear wall structure in the high-intensity area. It is helpful to the application of the isolation technology in the high-rise residential building.
