[摘要]提出了一種采用螺栓連接的新型法蘭盤(pán)外環(huán)板式鋼節(jié)點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)制作了3個(gè)不同構(gòu)造形式的試件并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了低周往復(fù)加載試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明:在梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)域設(shè)置頂?shù)捉卿撨B接件可增強(qiáng)節(jié)點(diǎn)域剛度,提高節(jié)點(diǎn)的耗能能力、延性性能、承載力和初始剛度,并減緩節(jié)點(diǎn)的剛度退化,但同時(shí)也會(huì)導(dǎo)致節(jié)點(diǎn)連接處加強(qiáng)環(huán)板先于柱發(fā)生破壞;對(duì)于未設(shè)置頂?shù)捉卿摰娜问街?jié)點(diǎn)試件,其破壞符合“強(qiáng)柱弱梁、強(qiáng)節(jié)點(diǎn)弱構(gòu)件”的破壞模式,但該試件的承載力和耗能能力較弱;采用貫通式柱的試件節(jié)點(diǎn)域整體性較好,承載力和初始剛度較大,但承載力下降率和剛度退化率亦較大,且節(jié)點(diǎn)延性性能較差,同時(shí)外加強(qiáng)環(huán)板更易發(fā)生破壞。

Experimental study on seismic performance of a new type of flanged outer ring plate steel joint

Abstract:A new type of flanged outer ring plate steel joint with bolted connections was proposed. Three specimens with different structural forms were designed and manufactured, and the low cycle reciprocating loading test was carried out. The results show that setting top and bottom angle steel connectors in beam-column joint area can enhance the stiffness of joint area, improve the energy dissipation capacity, ductility performance, bearing capacity and initial stiffness of joint, and slow down the stiffness degradation rate of joint, but it will also lead to the failure of strengthening ring plate at joint area prior to column at the same time; for the three-section column joint specimens without top and bottom angle steel, its failure conforms to failure mode of “strong column, weak beam, strong joint and weak member”, but the bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of the specimen is weak; the specimen with penetrated column has better integrity, larger bearing capacity and initial stiffness, but the reduction rate of bearing capacity and stiffness is also large, and the ductility of the joint is poor, while the outer reinforced ring plate is more vulnerable to failure.
