[摘要]華南理工大學(xué)廣州國(guó)際校區(qū)一期工程中有8棟多層混凝土框架-抗震墻結(jié)構(gòu)采用了裝配式技術(shù),預(yù)制構(gòu)件包括預(yù)制柱、預(yù)制主梁、預(yù)制次梁、預(yù)制疊合板、預(yù)制衛(wèi)生間沉箱、預(yù)制樓梯、預(yù)制陽(yáng)臺(tái)、預(yù)制非承重圍護(hù)墻、預(yù)制內(nèi)隔墻、預(yù)制梁墻一體構(gòu)件以及局部預(yù)制剪力墻,裝配率均達(dá)到A級(jí)裝配式評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。以此工程為例闡述了裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法,包括拆分設(shè)計(jì)、構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)、BIM應(yīng)用、施工中的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)等,并介紹了本工程應(yīng)用的預(yù)制混凝土新型干法連接技術(shù)以及再生塊體混凝土預(yù)制構(gòu)件。

Design and consideration of prefabricated structure in the first phase of Guangzhou International Campus of South China University of Technology

Abstract:There are 8 multi-storey concrete frame-seismic wall structures using assembly technology in the construction of the first phase of Guangzhou International Campus of South China University of Technology. Prefabricated components include prefabricated columns, prefabricated main beams, prefabricated secondary beams, prefabricated laminated panels, prefabricated toilet caissons, prefabricated staircases, prefabricated balconies, prefabricated non-load bearing enclosure walls, prefabricated interior walls, prefabricated beam wall integral members and partially prefabricated shear forces wall, and it have reached the A-class assembly evaluation criteria. the design method of the prefabricated concrete structure adopted by the international campus were described, including the split design, structural design, BIM application, optimization design during construction, etc. The new dry connection technology of prefabricated concrete connection mode and prefabricated components of recycled block concrete adopted by the project were also introduced.
