預制混凝土外掛墻板板間接縫寬度研究*

[摘要]預制混凝土外掛墻板的板間接縫直接影響外掛墻板的抗震、抗風以及防水性能,目前國內(nèi)缺乏相關(guān)設(shè)計指導文件,因此有必要對外掛墻板的板間接縫寬度開展相關(guān)的研究。首先結(jié)合國標上預制混凝土外掛墻板的性能目標研究了外掛墻板板間接縫寬度的計算方法;其次參考國外文獻研究了溫度作用下接縫兩側(cè)墻板的相對變形和計算用溫差;再次研究了風荷載與地震作用下外掛墻板的變形特點,并根據(jù)變形特點研究了建筑各部位接縫兩側(cè)墻板的相對變形值;然后結(jié)合荷載規(guī)范研究了變形值的組合計算公式;接著參考國內(nèi)外文獻研究了接縫寬度及密封材料厚度的限值;最后給出了三個具體算例,得到了建筑角部平移式外掛墻板豎縫寬度容易超出限值的結(jié)論并給出了建筑角部局部配筋加強等建議。

Research on seam width of precast concrete facade panel

Abstract:Since the seam width of the facade panels directly affects the seismic, wind and water resistance of the facade panels, and there are few relevant design guidance files in China. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out relevant research on the seam widths of the facade panels. Firstly, the calculation method of indirect seam width of facade panels were studied from the consideration of the performance-based design goals in Chinese codes. Secondly, the relative deformation and temperature difference of facade panels on both sides of seams under temperature were studied by referring to foreign literatures. Thirdly, the deformation characteristics of facade panels on both sides of seams under wind load and earthquake load were studied, and the relative deformation values of facade panel on both sides of seams in different parts of buildings were studied according to the deformation characteristics. Fourthly, combined calculation formulas of deformation values were studied by referring to domestic and foreign literatures. Fifthly, the limit values of seam width and sealing material thickness were studied by referring to domestic and foreign literatures. Finally, three specific examples were given, and the conclusions are given that the vertical seam width of building corner translational facade panels is easy to exceed the limited value, and some suggestions for strengthening the local reinforcement of building corner are provided.
