[摘要]插入式鋼基礎(chǔ)環(huán)是塔筒和基礎(chǔ)之間常用的連接方式。由于鋼基礎(chǔ)環(huán)與混凝土基礎(chǔ)之間變形往往不能協(xié)調(diào)一致,導(dǎo)致很多基礎(chǔ)環(huán)在運(yùn)行一段時間后出現(xiàn)了明顯滑移,并在基礎(chǔ)環(huán)T型板上方與混凝土之間產(chǎn)生較大空隙,甚至?xí)霈F(xiàn)混凝土開裂、壓碎破壞的情況。針對這類問題,結(jié)合工程案例中基礎(chǔ)環(huán)基礎(chǔ)的特點(diǎn)和常見破壞形式,根據(jù)有關(guān)規(guī)范和文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)提出了有關(guān)基礎(chǔ)環(huán)T型板上方混凝土局部受壓承載力及抗沖切承載力、T型板上方基礎(chǔ)環(huán)外側(cè)混凝土抗壓疲勞強(qiáng)度和懸挑板根部鋼筋抗拉疲勞強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算的工程算法;并通過工程案例對此工程算法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證;可為同種類型基礎(chǔ)環(huán)基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)計提供參考。

Research on engineering calculation algorithm for embedded-ring foundation of wind turbine tower

Abstract:Steel embedded-ring foundation is a common connection between tower tube and foundation. Because the deformation between steel embedded-ring foundation and concrete foundation is often inconsistent, many foundation rings slip obviously after a period of operation, and there are large voids between the top of T-shaped slab of embedded-ring and concrete, and even concrete cracking and crushing will occur. In view of these problems, combined with the characteristics and common failure modes of embedded-ring foundation in engineering cases, according to relevant codes and documents, the engineering calculation algorithm was summarized and put forward for checking the local compressive and punching shear bearing capacity of concrete above embedded-ring T-shaped slab, the compressive fatigue strength of concrete outside embedded-ring above T-shaped slab and the tensile fatigue strength of steel bar at the root of cantilever slab. The engineering case validated the engineering calculation algorithm, which could provide reference for the design of the same type of embedded-ring foundation.
