復雜地層條件下臨江超大面積深基坑工程的設計案例與新技術應用

[摘要]南昌綠地朝陽中心2#地塊位于南昌市西湖區(qū),工程基坑面積約25 000m2,挖深約6m。工程臨近贛江,地下水問題復雜,同時開挖范圍內存在深厚的軟弱土層,給基坑工程的設計與施工帶來了一系列技術難題。工程采用了以CSM工法構建的等厚度水泥土攪拌墻新工藝,采用了以“中心島”為主、內支撐為輔的支護設計方案,成功實現(xiàn)了臨江超大面積深基坑的設計,在保護了周邊環(huán)境的基礎上,節(jié)省了基坑工程造價和工期,具有良好的經濟效益和社會效益。

Design case and new technology application of super-large-area deep foundation pit engineering near a river with complex strata conditions

Abstract:Nanchang Greenland Chaoyang Center 2# project is located in Xihu District of Nanchang. The area of foundation pit is about 25 000 m2 and the depth of excavation is about 6 m. The project is close to Ganjiang River, and the groundwater problem is complex. At the same time, deep soft soil layers exist in the excavation area, which brings a series of technical problems to the design and construction of foundation pit engineering. This project adopted the new technology of equally thick cement-soil mixing wall constructed by CSM method, and the supporting design scheme used the “central island” as the main part and internal supports as the auxiliary part, to successfully realize the design of super-large-area deep foundation pit near a river. On the basis of protecting the surrounding environment, it saved the cost and time of foundation pit engineering, and had good economic and social benefits.
