深厚自重濕陷性黃土場地灌注樁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計

[摘要]對于深厚自重濕陷性場地的樁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計,通過樁端后注漿工藝減少樁基沉降、提高樁端持力層的端阻力,通過樁基靜載試驗確定注漿后樁端持力層的實際承載力,采用強夯處理或回填壓實消除深厚自重濕陷性黃土場地上部一定深度范圍內(nèi)濕陷性土層的濕陷性,同時提高上部土層的密實性以提高樁側(cè)摩阻力以及加強上部土層防水效果以達到減少樁側(cè)負摩阻力的目的,結(jié)合三七灰土防水墊層的防水作用,將濕陷性土層有害的樁側(cè)負摩阻力變?yōu)閷痘Q向承載力有利的樁側(cè)正摩阻力,可以大幅度提高樁基的豎向承載力,使位于深厚自重濕陷性場地的樁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計做到技術(shù)可行且經(jīng)濟合理。

Design of cast-in-place pile foundation in deep self-weight collapsible loess site

Abstract:For the design of pile foundation in deep self-weight collapsible site, the settlement of pile foundation was reduced and the end resistance of pile end bearing layer was increased by post-grouting technology at pile end. The actual bearing capacity of pile end bearing layer after grouting was determined by static load test of pile foundation. The collapsibility of collapsible soil layer in a certain depth in the upper part of deep self-weight collapsible loess site was eliminated by dynamic compaction treatment or backfilling compaction. At the same time, the compactness of the upper soil layer was improved to improve the pile side friction resistance and enhance the waterproofing effect of the upper soil layer in order to reduce the   pile side negative friction  resistance. Combined with the waterproofing effect of lime-soil waterproof cushion, the negative skin friction resistance of collapsible soil layer was changed into the positive skin friction resistance of pile side, which was beneficial to the vertical bearing capacity of pile foundation. The vertical bearing capacity of pile foundation could be greatly improved, and the design of pile foundation in deep self-weight collapsible site could be technically feasible and economically reasonable.
