[摘要]對(duì)于高烈度區(qū)的高度超限結(jié)構(gòu),只對(duì)上部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行抗震性能設(shè)計(jì),而對(duì)樁基僅進(jìn)行小震設(shè)計(jì)難以保證整體結(jié)構(gòu)安全度。宜將樁基的抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)納入整體的性能設(shè)計(jì)體系,并使樁基的抗震性能目標(biāo)與上部結(jié)構(gòu)相適應(yīng)。通過對(duì)8度區(qū)超高層剪力墻住宅的超限設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)樁筏基礎(chǔ)的樁基進(jìn)行了性能設(shè)計(jì),提出了與上部結(jié)構(gòu)相匹配的樁基抗震性能目標(biāo),根據(jù)抗震性能目標(biāo)對(duì)工程樁基進(jìn)行了中大震下的抗震承載力分析驗(yàn)算,并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果對(duì)筏板邊樁采取了加密布置、加大配筋的加強(qiáng)措施。此外對(duì)樁基抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)需要進(jìn)一步研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行了探討。經(jīng)驗(yàn)算,工程樁基滿足設(shè)定的抗震安全度目標(biāo)。

Analysis on the design of super high-rise shear wall structure pile foundation in high seismic region

Abstract:For the height over-limit structure in high seismic region, only the upper structure is designed by the performance-based seismic design, however, it is difficult to ensure the safety of the whole structure by only small earthquake design of the pile foundation. Therefore, the performance-based seismic design of pile foundation should be incorporated into the overall performance-based design system, and the performance objectives of seismic design for pile foundation should be adapted to the upper structure. The pile foundation performance-based design for the pile-raft foundation was carried out by the over-limit design of the super high-rise shear wall structures in the 8 degree area. The seismic performance objectives of pile foundation matching with the upper structure was proposed. Based on the seismic performance objectives, the seismic bearing capacity of pile foundation under moderate and major earthquakes was analyzed and checked. According to the analysis results, strengthening measures of encryption arrangement and increasing reinforcement was adopted for the raft side piles. In addition, the further research contents of pile foundation performance-based seismic design were discussed. Through checking calculation, pile foundation of the project meets the expected seismic safety target.
