[摘要]目前我國西部農(nóng)村地區(qū)仍存在大量夯土建筑。夯土墻施工時一般采用分層夯實,故導(dǎo)致土層分層處存在薄弱層,由于薄弱層的存在,使得夯土結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能變得較差。針對夯土墻這一缺陷,提出在夯土分層處增加銷鍵和施加正應(yīng)力以改善其抗剪性能。為驗證所提出加固措施的可行性,制作了8組共48個試件,參照砌體剪切試驗方法進行試驗,研究不同構(gòu)造措施夯土墻在剪切荷載作用下的破壞過程、破壞形態(tài),通過對荷載-位移曲線的分析得出不同類型銷鍵及正應(yīng)力對夯土墻抗剪強度的影響。結(jié)果表明,通過增加銷鍵和正應(yīng)力,改善夯土墻的脆性破壞,可顯著提高其抗剪強度。同時根據(jù)壓剪試驗結(jié)果得出夯土墻的抗剪強度與垂直壓力的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果可為夯土墻農(nóng)房建造技術(shù)優(yōu)化提供參考依據(jù)。

Experiment study of shear behavior of rammed earth wall

Abstract:At present, there are still a large number of rammed earth buildings in the western rural areas of China. Layered compaction is commonly used in the construction of rammed earth walls, which results in weak layers in the layered soil layer. Because of the existence of weak layers, the seismic performance of rammed earth structures becomes poor. In view of the defect of rammed earth wall, it was proposed to increase pin keys and apply normal stress at rammed soil layers to improve its shear performance. In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed reinforcement measures, eight groups of 48 specimens were made. Referring to the masonry shear test method, the failure process and failure mode of rammed earth walls with different structural measures under shear loads were studied, through the analysis of load-displacement curves, the effects of different pins and normal stresses on the shear strength of rammed earth walls were obtained. The results show that the shear strength of rammed earth wall can be significantly improved by increasing pin keys and normal stress to improve the brittle failure of rammed earth wall. At the same time, the relationship between shear strength and vertical pressure of rammed earth wall is obtained according to the compression-shear test results. The research results can provide reference for the optimization of construction technology of rammed earth wall farmhouse.
