凍融環(huán)境下塑鋼纖維對輕骨料混凝土韌性影響研究*

摘 要

[摘要]為了研究0,50,100,150次凍融循環(huán)作用后,塑鋼纖維摻量對輕骨料混凝土彎曲韌性、沖擊韌性的影響規(guī)律,對塑鋼纖維摻量分別為0,3,6,9kg/m3的高強輕骨料混凝土分別進行彎曲韌性試驗和抗沖擊性能試驗,實測了輕骨料混凝土的荷載撓度關(guān)系、初裂沖擊次數(shù)、破壞沖擊次數(shù),并計算了初裂耗能和破壞耗能。結(jié)果表明:凍融環(huán)境下,摻入塑鋼纖維能顯著提高輕骨料凝土彎曲韌性及抗沖擊性能;凍融150次后,塑鋼纖維摻量為9kg/m3輕骨料混凝土的累積耗能為素輕骨料混凝土的115倍。

Effect of plastic-steel fiber on toughness of lightweight aggregate concrete to freeze-thaw environment

Abstract:In order to study the influence of plastic-steel fiber content on flexural toughness and impact toughness of lightweight aggregate concrete after 0,50,100,150 freeze-thaw cycles. Bending toughness test and impact resistance test for high strength lightweight aggregate concrete with plastic-steel fiber content of 0, 3, 6,  9kg/m3 respectively were carried out.The load-deflection relationship of the lightweight aggregate concrete, the number of initial cracking impacts, the number of damages, and the energy consumption of the initial cracking and the energy of the failure were calculated. The results show that in the freeze-thaw environment, the incorporation of plastic-steel fiber can significantly improve the bending toughness and impact resistance of lightweight aggregate concrete. After 150 freeze-thaw cycles, the cumulative energy consumption of  lightweight aggregate concrete with plastic-steel  fiber content 9kg/m3 is 115 times that of plain lightweight aggregate concrete.
