[摘要]再生細(xì)骨料混凝土是一種新型綠色建筑材料,具有環(huán)保和經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。作為一種新材料,再生細(xì)骨料混凝土性能的優(yōu)劣直接關(guān)系到混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的質(zhì)量。采用基于自由水灰比的配合比設(shè)計(jì)方法成功配制了再生細(xì)骨料混凝土,并按5種水灰比、6種再生細(xì)骨料取代率分別進(jìn)行了再生細(xì)骨料混凝土工作性能、力學(xué)性能和耐久性能試驗(yàn),探討了工程應(yīng)用的可行性。試驗(yàn)表明,再生細(xì)骨料混凝土的工作性能基本滿足要求;當(dāng)取代率不大于20%時(shí),其抗壓強(qiáng)度、抗拉強(qiáng)度、抗折強(qiáng)度均與普通骨料混凝土相差較小,且其抗?jié)B性能達(dá)到P6等級(jí),氯離子滲透性低,抗碳化性能較好,表明其基本性能安全可靠,能夠替代普通骨料混凝土。

Experimental research on mechanical properties and durability of recycled fine aggregate concrete for actual production

Abstract:As a new kind of green building material, recycled fine aggregate (RFA) concrete has environmental protection and economic values. The properties of RFA concrete are related to quality of concrete structures directly. Adopting the mixture ratio design method based on free water-cement ratio, the RFA concrete was successfully produced. Considering five different values of water-cement ratios and six different values of RFA replacement ratios, tests of workability, mechanical properties and durability of the RFA concrete were conducted respectively to discuss feasibility of engineering practice. The experimental results show that the workability of the RFA concrete can basically meet the engineering requirements. When the replacement ratio is smaller than 20%, the compressive strength, tensile strength and flexural strength of the RFA concrete are less different from those of the ordinary concrete. When the replacement ratio is smaller than 20%, the impermeability of the RFA concrete reaches up to grade P6, the permeability of the chloride ion is low, and the carbonation resistance is good. So it can be used to replace the ordinary aggregate concrete.
