[摘要]為研究高溫下鋼筋與混凝土粘結(jié)性能隨溫度升高的退化規(guī)律,開展了15個鋼筋混凝土粘結(jié)錨固試件常溫及高溫下的中心拉拔試驗,分析了高溫下極限粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度、極限滑移與粘結(jié)滑移(τ-s)曲線的特點。對歷年來高溫下鋼筋與混凝土粘結(jié)試驗數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計分析,并采用有限元溫度場分析對試驗溫度場進(jìn)行修正,在修正數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上建立了高溫下鋼筋與混凝土相對粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的計算公式和τ-s本構(gòu)模型。研究結(jié)果表明:高溫下與高溫后鋼筋與混凝土的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度均隨著溫度升高呈現(xiàn)下降的趨勢,高溫后試件粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度下降趨勢較高溫下更快,且極限滑移也小于高溫下試件;升溫制度對試件實際溫度場具有顯著影響,分析時應(yīng)考慮升溫制度的影響并進(jìn)行修正;回歸分析建立的τ-s模型與試驗結(jié)果吻合良好。

Experimental study and analysis on bond behaviour between steel bar and concrete

Abstract:In order to study the degradation law of the bond performance between steel bar and concrete with high temperature under elevated temperature, the center pull-out test of 15 reinforced concrete bonded anchor specimens at normal temperature and high temperature was carried out, and the characteristics of ultimate bond strength, ultimate slip and bond-slip(τ-s ) curves at high temperature were analyzed. The statistical analysis of bond behaviour between steel bar and concrete bond test data under high temperature over the years was carried out, and the test temperature field was corrected by finite element temperature field analysis. Based on the revised data, the calculation formula of relative bond strength and τ-s constitutive model under high temperature were established. The results indicate that the bond strength under and after high temperature decrease with temperature rises. Not only the bond strength after high temperatures degrades more greatly than at high temperatures, but also the ultimate slip is smaller than the latter. The influence of heating program should be taken into consideration when analysis because the heating program has a great effect on the actual temperature field of specimens. The τ-s model established on the basis of regression analysis fits well with the test results.
