[摘要]受建筑功能的調(diào)整需要,既有建筑常常存在拔除承重柱的情況。已有的拔柱改造實(shí)踐多為多層房屋的頂層柱,且柱截面普遍較小,而拔除高層建筑底層巨柱的相關(guān)工程實(shí)踐尚不多見(jiàn)。針對(duì)該類項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),將橋梁托換技術(shù)運(yùn)用于房屋結(jié)構(gòu)中,并結(jié)合一個(gè)工程案例,闡述了運(yùn)用該方法進(jìn)行改造設(shè)計(jì)的全過(guò)程。通過(guò)精細(xì)有限元分析驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性和可靠性。

Research on design of removing mega column at bottom of a high-rise building

Abstract:Due to the adjustment need of architectural functions, the phenomenon of removing load-bearing columns in existing buildings is very common. The practices of structural renovation with removing column concentrates on the top floor columns of multi-story houses, and cross sections of the columns are generally small. Relevant engineering practice of removing the mega columns at the bottom of the high-rise buildings is still very rare. Underpinning technology in bridge was applied to the housing structures aiming at this kind of project. An engineering case was used to elaborate the whole process of renovation and design using this method, and the validity and reliability of this method were verified by fine finite element analysis.
