2010年上海世博會馬來西亞館結(jié)構(gòu)分析與設(shè)計

[摘要]2010年上海世博會馬來西亞館的屋蓋造型新穎獨特,其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵問題在于如何進行結(jié)構(gòu)選型及如何保證屋面結(jié)構(gòu)面內(nèi)剛度。借鑒傳統(tǒng)馬來西亞建筑結(jié)構(gòu)形式,對三種結(jié)構(gòu)方案進行分析比較,選擇了傳力路徑明確且便于施工的結(jié)構(gòu)方案;提出在屋面薄鋼板屈曲后,以不考慮塑性板帶剛度的方式來近似量化屋面板蒙皮效應(yīng),通過折減屋面鋼板平面剛度使蒙皮效應(yīng)直接在整體計算模型中體現(xiàn);最后介紹了為適應(yīng)屋蓋造型和保證屋面剛度,工程主要節(jié)點的構(gòu)造分析與處理等。結(jié)構(gòu)選型的思路及量化薄板蒙皮效應(yīng)的方法可供類似結(jié)構(gòu)分析時參考。

Structural design and research on Malaysia Pavilion of Expo 2010 Shanghai

Abstract:The novel and unique roof is used in Malaysia Pavilion of Expo 2010 Shanghai. Its structural selection and how to guarantee the planar stiffness of roof are key problems in structure design. The structure scheme, which has clear path for force transfer and easy construction, is chosen based on borrowing from traditional Malaysia buildings and the analysis of three structure schemes. A method that could approximately quantify stressed-skin effect of roof without considering the plastic plate’s stiffness after plate buckling was put forward, and through reducing the planar stiffness of roof, stressed-skin effect is directly embodied in the whole computational model. In order to adapt to roof shape and guarantee the planar stiffness of roof, analysis and processing for structural requirements of main joints were introduced. The idea for structural selection and method for quantifying stressed-skin effect of thin-plate can be referenced in similar construction’s analysis.
