預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋混凝土U型梁豎向靜載彎曲試驗(yàn)加載方案比選研究

[摘要]預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋混凝土U型梁作為城市軌道交通工程上部結(jié)構(gòu),具有景觀效果好、隔聲降噪、安全性高、功能性強(qiáng)、經(jīng)濟(jì)性好等特點(diǎn),但其力學(xué)特征復(fù)雜。為研究預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋混凝土U型梁的力學(xué)性能,針對(duì)其特點(diǎn),給出了三種豎向靜載彎曲試驗(yàn)加載方案:堆載方案、自平衡反力架方案、抗拔樁門式反力架方案,并利用加權(quán)平均數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)理論,對(duì)各加載方案從力學(xué)性能、安全性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、應(yīng)用性四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了綜合分析比選,最終選出抗拔樁門式反力架加載方案為最優(yōu)方案,可為同類項(xiàng)目試驗(yàn)加載方案分析及選定提供參考。

Comparison and selection of loading schemes for vertical static load bending tests of prestressed reinforced concrete U-type beams

Abstract:The prestressed reinforced concrete U-type beam, as the superstructure of urban rail transit project, has the characteristics of good landscape effect, sound insulation and noise reduction, high safety, strong function and good economy, but its mechanical characteristics are complex. In order to study the prestressed reinforced concrete U-type beam mechanical properties. Three vertical static load bending test loading schemes of loading scheme, self-balance counterforce frame scheme, anti-pulling pile portal anti-force frame scheme were given. The weighted average mathematical statistics theory was used to analyze and compare the loading schemes from the aspects of mechanical properties, safety, economy and applicability. Finally, the loading scheme of the anti-pulling pile portal anti-force frame scheme was selected as the optimal scheme. It can provide reference for the analysis and selection of similar projects.
