某既有隔震建筑檢測(cè)與安全性鑒定

摘 要

[摘要]《建筑抗震設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50011—2001)首次將建筑的隔震設(shè)計(jì)納入,此后隔震技術(shù)在建筑設(shè)計(jì)中廣泛應(yīng)用?,F(xiàn)部分既有的隔震建筑已出現(xiàn)不同程度病害。為了繼續(xù)使用或改造后繼續(xù)使用此類(lèi)既有隔震建筑,需對(duì)此類(lèi)建筑的安全性進(jìn)行檢測(cè)與鑒定。規(guī)范對(duì)隔震建筑的檢測(cè)鑒定未給出明確規(guī)定,因此,隔震建筑的檢測(cè)鑒定不能照搬非隔震建筑。對(duì)于隔震建筑,嘗試對(duì)隔震層結(jié)構(gòu)單獨(dú)進(jìn)行安全性評(píng)定,從而隔震建筑安全性評(píng)定分為結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件和子單元兩個(gè)層次進(jìn)行評(píng)定,分別評(píng)定隔震建筑的地基基礎(chǔ)、隔震層結(jié)構(gòu)和上部承重結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性,從而對(duì)整個(gè)隔震建筑進(jìn)行綜合鑒定。

Detection and safety  identification of an existing seismic isolation building

Abstract:Only in  Code for seismic design of buildings(GB 50011—2001)  the seismic isolation design of buildings was included firstly. Since then, isolation technology has been widely used in buildings design. Some of the existing isolation buildings have some various degrees of diseases now. In order to continue to use or renovate such existing isolation buildings, it is necessary to test and appraise the safety of such buildings. The code does not specify the detection and appraisal of isolated buildings, so the detection and appraisal of isolation buildings can not copy non-isolation buildings. For isolation buildings, it is attempted to evaluate the safety of isolation layer structure separately, so that the safety evaluation of isolation building was divided into two levels: structural component and sub-unit. The safety of foundation, isolation layer structure and upper bearing structure of isolation building were evaluated separately, so that the whole isolation building was appraised comprehensively.
