北京市傳統(tǒng)村落住宅抗震能力有限元分析

[摘要]為了研究北京市傳統(tǒng)村落住宅結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震能力,選取北京市門頭溝區(qū)某傳統(tǒng)村落住宅為研究對(duì)象,利用通用有限元軟件MSC.MARC進(jìn)行彈塑性時(shí)程分析。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:北京傳統(tǒng)村落住宅在結(jié)構(gòu)布置上存在前后縱墻剛度差異大、山墻中部平面外約束弱的問題,可能出現(xiàn)砌體墻與木構(gòu)件的連接破壞和山墻的開裂破壞,結(jié)構(gòu)抗震能力弱,不能滿足“中震可修,大震不倒”的抗震設(shè)防要求;采用前墻設(shè)置鋼門窗框的加固措施,能提高前縱墻剛度,前檐口最大層間位移角可降低20%左右。

Finite element analysis of the seismic capacity of traditional village residences in Beijing

Abstract:In order to study the seismic capacity of traditional village buildings in Beijing, taking a traditional village residence in Mentougou district of Beijing as the research object, the elastic-plastic time-history analysis was carried out by using general finite element software MSC.MARC. The results show that large stiffness gap between the front and back longitude walls and lack of out-of-plane restrain in the middle of  the gables are the main problems in structural arrangement of the  traditional village building, which may lead to connection failure between masonry walls and wood members and causes cracking failure of the gables. The seismic capacity of the structure is weak and can not meet the design objectives of “repairable damage under design basis earthquake, and collapse prevention under rare earthquake”. Stiffness of the front longitude wall is increased by setting steel door and window frames, and the maximum inter-story displacement angle of the front cornice can be reduced by about 20%.
